Hello friends!

We're happy to report the SOS blog is officially back on the grid. It's about time, you say? We couldn't agree more. We've been chomping at the bit to get the party started again, but this little monster called SOS keeps growing arms and legs.

We've got some exciting happenings in the world of SOS, so pour yourself a cup o' somethin' and let's dish--

SOS Digital Studio

It took about 10+ months and a sh*tload full of blood, sweat and tears to birth this baby, but alas, the SOS Digital Studio is live and ready to virtually hand you your ass cheeks. Having the ability to touch people all over the world has been something we've wanted to do for a very long time, and now that we are live, we continue to focus on creating the best on-line experience possible for all of you sickos who don't live near an SOS studio (yet.) Within the studio you'll find hour long classes as well 20 minute body part challenge videos that you can stack together or hit up when you are short on time but still need to get a little burn or sweat on. Along with the Digital Studio, did you know we have equipment bundles ready and waiting for you to purchase on-line as well? Yup, just pick which bundle suits you best, click the buy button, and just like that you'll have everything you need and be ready for all of the action in your own living room. Check Yourself Nutrition Program 

Whether you wanna believe it or not, nutrition is going to make or break your results every single time. This is a harsh reality that we've all tried to skate around, buuuuut, it's unavoidable. We created the Check Yourself program for real people like us who want to look and feel their best, BUT who need to have a little fun too. We're pretty proud of this program, and (along with the Digital Studio,) we've taken this program virtual by creating an entire Check Yourself portal for our members. When you sign up for the Check Yourself, you get access to all of our recipes, meal plans, rules, and strategies that will help you develop a healthier relationship with food. The program also includes a few "withdrawals" so you can still feel human during the program, making it a program that is sustainable and one that becomes a lifestyle as opposed to something you are constantly stopping and starting. Keep Moving

Did you know we have a non-profit called Keep Moving? True story. Recently, we've decided to evolve Keep Moving into a one-on-one mentoring program where we can leverage this top notch community of ours. Ideally, we want to show the kids in our program how to live a healthy lifestyle and we also want to expose them to someone who's been successful in an area they are interested in. New Studio in Clintonville

It's official! We're heading to 3560 N. High St in Clintonville. We cannot wait to forge new relationships in this incredible community, and while it's too early to quote an opening date, our goal is to have the doors open in November. More details to come on this bad boy!

SOS Yoga 

Another labor of love has been the evolution of our SOS yoga program. We are so passionate about bringing this practice to the SOS community because we understand the great benefits of it and the importance of it in "The System," and in your life. As proud as we are to be a part of this incredibly driven community, we understand the need to slow down and recover. To give back to your body for everything it does for you in a week's time. If you are still reluctant to try a yoga class, please take the plunge. Trust us, the classes are not going to be easy and you will love the changes it brings to you. We have two classes; Ebb & Flo and Sloflo. If you're looking for a rigorous, athletic flow that will challenge even the most intense client...shoot for Ebb & Flo. If you are looking for a more laid back, traditional yoga experience where you leave feeling relaxed and recharged, then Sloflo will be your jam. Another option is to try a yoga class at another studio in the city. 

Speaking of other yoga studios in Columbus...

Did you know that Columbus, OH has one of the (dare we say) best yoga communities out there? We have an incredible respect for every Cbus yoga studio, and we are super stoked to have many of it's talented teachers, join our tribe. 

We hope you join in on our love of the movement and our support of the other studios out there. We've been to, and continue to go to them all, and in our next blog we are going to give our top 3 favorite yoga studios with our perspective on the type of yoga they teach, and you can decide for yourself if you want to give them a shot. We'd highly recommend it.
