WHAT IS THE SYSTEM?

System of Strength is a fitness movement created to change lives for the better. Your body craves a thoughtful combination of cardio, strength, and recovery in a week's time, and The System was created so you don't have to think about how to fit those components into your schedule. All you have to do it show up to the studio or press play in the Digital Studio and we will do the rest. We can't wait to make you a believer!

CARDIO

Most people have a tight knit bond with Cardio, but SOS cardio will most definitely test your relationship. Cardio improves your heart health and the efficiency of your circulatory system. It creates endurance, heightens a caloric burn and strengthens bone density.

STRENGTH

Strength training should be your new BFF. Lifting weights protects your skeleton and allows your body to move more functionally in life (kind of important). Oh yeah, the more lean muscle mass you have on your body, the more calories you burn at rest. We call that a WIN.

RECOVERY

Recovery is something we push off or utilize when we want to be "lazy." Don't fall into the trap of that false mindset, recovery is not an "option," it's a must. Strength training tears muscle fibers, recovery is when those fibers mend and more muscle is built. Active recovery is not only key to increasing mobility and preventing injury, it's also key component to creating muscle and balancing your body.

CLOCKED (CARDIO)

This is the class you'll love to hate. Clocked will not only give you an increased caloric burn, it'll increase your VO2 max and cardiovascular stamina. You'll sweat, be breathless & possibly curse out the trainer, but we promise you'll come back for more.


CONTROL (STRENGTH)

Grab your heavy weights. This class will build lean muscle so that bod of yours burns more calories at rest. Enough said!


IN THE MIX (CARDIO + STRENGTH)

This class is the perfect mix of Clocked & Control. Reap the benefits of these two beastly classes in 60 minutes. Day made!


THE COURSE (CARDIO + STRENGTH)

This station based class will get you back in touch with your inner athlete. Leave winded, sore and proud as hell.


HIGH + TIGHT (STRENGTH)

Light weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, OH MY! Prepare to cinch your core and create major muscle definition with this SOS staple.


EBB + FLO (RECOVERY + STRENGTH)

Give your muscles the stretch they crave with this yoga based class. Infrared heaters and cold towels are an extra bonus you'll LOVE.


RESTORE + RECOVER (RECOVERY)

This class feels like a deep tissue massage. Let the heat, dark room, and amazing restorative stretches put you in a relaxed zone. You've earned it!
