  • HOW IS SYSTEM OF STRENGTH HANDLING SOCIAL DISTANCING

    ALL System of Strength locations will be enforcing social distancing at all times through the following procedures:

    ALL SPOTS MUST BE RESERVED PRIOR TO CLASS. NO WALK-INS.

    CLIENTS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO 10MIN BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED CLASS.

    PLEASE FIND THE “X” ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE FRONT DESK TO CHECK IN. REMEMBER TO ALWAYS ALLOW 6’ BETWEEN YOU AND SOMEONE ELSE.

    CLASS CAPACITY HAS BEEN REDUCED 35-40% OF OUR NORMAL TO ENSURE EACH CLIENT HAS A 6’ X 6’ PERSONAL SPACE.

    PLEASE EXIT THE STUDIO IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLASS.

  • HOW ARE WE HANDLING MATS AND SHARED EQUIPMENT

    ALL System of Strength locations will be handling shared mats and equipment in the following manner:

    ALL CLIENTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MAT. WE NO LONGER HAVE SHARED MATS AVAILABLE.

    A BASIC SET OF EQUIPMENT WILL ALREADY BE AT YOUR STATION PRIOR TO CLASS. SHOULD YOU NEED ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT, YOU MAY GRAB IT YOURSELF, JUST PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS’ PERSONAL SPACE.

    AT THE END OF CLASS, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT IN YOUR SPOT SO THAT STAFF CAN CLEAN IT THOROUGHLY BETWEEN USES.

  • WHAT CLEANING MEASURES ARE BEING PUT IN PLACE TO ENSURE SAFETY?

    ALL System of Strength locations will be implementing the following cleaning procedures:

    TO ENSURE CLEANING PROTOCOLS ARE MET AFTER EACH CLASS, SOS STAFF WILL BE SPRAYING DOWN AND SANITIZING ALL EQUIPMENT AFTER EACH USE.

    THE CLEANER WE WILL BE USING IS EPA CERTIFIED TO WORK AGAINST CORONAVIRUS.

    OUR DAILY CLEANING PRACTICES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO ENSURE THE WIPING OF SURFACES SUCH AS DOOR HANDLES IS DONE ON AN HOURLY BASIS.

  • COLUMBUS CLIENT MEMBERSHIP FAQS

    CLIENTS WILL BE MAXED AT 1 CLASS/DAY

    DUE TO REDUCED CLASS CAPACITY AND CLASS FREQUENCY, WE WILL ONLY BE UTILIZING OUR CLASS PASS OFFERINGS AT THIS TIME. YOU CAN PURCHASE 1, 5, 10, OR 20 CLASS PASS PACKAGES.

    IF YOU HAVE AN 8x or 12x/MONTH AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIP, YOUR CURRENT MONTH’S REMAINING CLASS ALLOTMENT (e.g. if you had 5 remaining classes when your package was frozen in March), HAS BEEN ADDED TO YOUR SOS ACCOUNT AND YOUR AUTOPAY HAS BEEN STOPPED.

    IF YOU PURCHASED A 6 OR 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP DURING OUR 2019 BLACK FRIDAY SALE OR IF YOU ARE A 1 MONTH UNLIMITED MEMBER, YOUR PACKAGE WILL REMAIN FROZEN FOR APPROX. 90 DAYS (9/1/2020) AND THEN WE WILL RE-EVALUATE BASED ON WHAT OUR STUDIO SETUP IS AT THAT TIME. WE ARE OFFERING PRO-RATED CONVERSIONS TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE THEIR REMAINING FUNDS CONVERTED TO “SOS MONEY” ON THEIR ACCOUNT IF THEY PREFER TO USE IT NOW TO PURCHASE A CLASS PACKAGE.

    PACKAGES THAT ARE FROZEN: THE EXPIRATION DATE THAT IS DISPLAYING HAS NOT AUTO-ADJUSTED FOR THE TIME THAT HAS PASSED, BUT WILL AUTO-ADJUST WHEN WE CAN LIFT THE FREEZE.

  • CINCINNATI CLIENT MEMBERSHIP FAQS

    ALL AUTO-PAY MEMBERSHIPS WILL BE REACTIVATED WITH THE STUDIO REOPENING AND ALL CLASSES (FROM CLASS PACKAGES) THAT WERE ON YOUR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO OUR CLOSURE WILL REMAIN ON YOUR ACCOUNT. THE EXPIRATIONS FOR THOSE CLASSES WILL BE EXTENDED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF DAYS THEY WERE FROZEN. FOR THOSE WHO WANT A LITTLE MORE TIME BEFORE JOINING US IN-PERSON, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@SOSCINCY.COM AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO EXTEND THE FREEZE ON YOUR ACCOUNT THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1, 2020.

  • GENERAL INFO//BEST PRACTICES

    ALL System of Strength locations will be implementing the following procedures:

    WE ASK ALL CLIENTS TO SELF-MONITOR DAILY AND NOT TO COME TO THE STUDIO IF YOU ARE ILL, RUNNING A FEVER, OR HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19.

    MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR CLIENTS WHILE IN OUR STUDIO, BUT MAY BE USED. OUR FRONT DESK STAFF WILL BE DONNING MASKS.

    USE THE HANDS-FREE SANITIZING STATION UPON ENTRY AND EXIT OF THE BUILDING. THESE ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED BY EACH ENTRY/EXIT DOOR.

    PERSONAL ITEMS BROUGHT INTO THE STUDIO SHOULD BE LIMITED TO ESSENTIALS AND MUST BE KEPT WITH YOU IN YOUR 6’ X 6’ SPACE. ALL CUBBY SPACES ARE OFF LIMITS FOR THE TIME BEING.

    BATHROOMS WILL BE ACCESSIBLE IF NEEDED, BUT CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE COMMUNAL SPACES AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU DO USE THE BATHROOM, PLEASE USE THE WIPES PROVIDED TO WIPE THE SPACE DOWN UPON EXITING THE BATHROOM.

    WE WILL NOT BE MAINTAINING A LOST & FOUND AT THIS TIME.

    COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING

    CONTACT TRACING INVOLVES IDENTIFYING PEOPLE WHO ARE LIKELY TO GET SICK BECAUSE OF BEING IN CONTACT WITH THOSE WHO HAVE TESTED POSITIVE. CONTACT TRACING IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF OHIO MOVING FORWARD AS MORE BUSINESSES AND RECREATION SITES REOPEN.

    LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS CONDUCT CONTACT TRACING EVERY DAY FOR VARIOUS INFECTIOUS DISEASES. IF YOU’RE SICK, THESE LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT WORKERS (NURSES AND OTHER HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS) INTERVIEW YOU AND FIND OUT WHO YOU MAY HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH AND POTENTIALLY EXPOSED TO YOUR ILLNESS. LIMITING CONTACTS MEANS THE VIRUS ISN’T ABLE TO INFECT OTHER PEOPLE. THE VIRUS LIVES IN PEOPLE. LIMITING CONTACTS MEANS THE VIRUS HAS NOWHERE TO LIVE.

    THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH HAS PARTNERED WITH PARTNERS IN HEALTH, A WORLD-RENOWNED ORGANIZATION THAT WORKS TO PROTECT COMMUNITIES. THE GROUP WILL BRING IN NEEDED RESOURCES TO IMPLEMENT OUR PLAN. WITH THEIR HELP, OHIO WILL INCREASE THE NUMBER OF COMMUNITY TRACERS FROM A FEW HUNDRED TO POSSIBLY NEARLY 2,000.
