Who doesn't love a pancake?
This is just another awesome way to add some protein to your breakfast and the sweet potato is perfect for the pancake.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop protein
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 6oz sweet potato peeled and cooked
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix ingredients well in a blender
Heat skillet over medium heat
Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray
Pour batter in small circles in pan
Cook for a couple minutes per side or until done
