Who doesn't love a pancake?

This is just another awesome way to add some protein to your breakfast and the sweet potato is perfect for the pancake.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 6oz sweet potato peeled and cooked
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix ingredients well in a blender

  • Heat skillet over medium heat

  • Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray

  • Pour batter in small circles in pan 

  • Cook for a couple minutes per side or until done
